Liquid Diets- I tried this and after five days I was irritable, hungry and needed food quick

Problem: Liquid diets are often very low in calories and are not filling. These diets are often misleading because consumers assume that all of the essential nutrients for a healthy meal and fulfilling meal are tucked away in the ingredients.

Solution: The truth. Meal replacements are not all bad. However, they should not be used as the primary source for long- term weight loss. Exercise.Get at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day. Remember it is about burning more calories than you consume.

Choose a balanced diet.Watch out for meals with high fat content and meals that are loaded with sugar. Eating a balanced meal is key.
