The Biggest Loser:After The Show

I know that people have been very successful on the Biggest Loser, but can you continue the same routine alone-absent of the trainers, strict food regimen, etc.

Of course money is a great motivator for staying on track, but is it enough to keep you interested and motivated in the long run? I believe that in the early stages it will definitely past the test, but I am not too sure about what it will do for the long hall.
