Most people don’t consider emotions when they look at someone who is overweight. However, emotional distress can cause people to turn toward the unhealthy habit of overeating.
The idea of such an addiction may seem ridiculous to some, but when you are surviving it daily, you know that emotional overeating can be placed in the same category as alcoholism and drug abuse.
